Job summary

Comcast Spectacor is seeking a punctual, customer-focused team member to assist guests at the Goal Light Grill. You will handle skate rentals, process orders and payments, greet customers, answer questions, and support the Office Manager and General Manager as needed.

This role requires availability nights and weekends, a minimum of three days per week, and a commitment to welcoming all guests while maintaining a clean, inviting venue and delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental skates.
• Process customer orders and payments.
• Maintain Goal Light Grill appearance and cleanliness.
• Answer general customer questions and greet customers.
• Answer/direct incoming calls and support leadership as needed.
• Attend daily duties for Office Manager and General Manager.
• Possess reliable, consistent attendance and willingness to work nights/weekends.
