General Summary

As Area VP of Sales, you will lead the sales team to meet and exceed company goals. You will be responsible for hiring, developing, and training team members to reach KPIs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in DME
  • Knowledge of selling strategies, employee motivation techniques
  • Strong understanding of company products, competitors, and market
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience managing sales teams and building high-performing sales teams
  • Strong industry relationships
  • Experience presenting financial results to executives or boards
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and company databases
Preferred Education
  • Master’s degree in a related field

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups
