• Ensure engaged workforce by maintaining morale.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with regional, corporate and cross‑business unit partners to ensure company‑wide goals are met.
• Manage complex projects to ensure timelines and flawless execution are obtained.
• Manage disaster recovery to ensure prompt service restoration.
• Review and analyze Field Ops metrics, evaluate variances and establish appropriate action plans for improvement.
• Select, develop and maintain excellent talent at all levels in the organization.

Our Field Operations team is responsible for building, upgrading, maintaining, and connecting customers to our advanced, always on, hybrid coaxial-fiber (HFC) and fiber network.

AVP Field Operations – Louisiana

(Note: This is position is based in Baton Rouge and requires travel throughout Louisiana)

The AVP Field Operations is responsible for a workforce of over 500 employees, ensuring they are well‑trained, motivated, and ready to deliver exceptional service.

Major Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

• Experience: Experience working in the cable/communication business (10+years), management of annual budget preparation and implementation (8 years), senior level management experience (10+years).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or related field experience equivalent; Field Experience is inclusive of fulfilment/capacity management, construction/engineering, and plant maintenance
• History of success in field operations leadership with proven ability to motivate your Team to achieve a common goal with both willingness and experience in taking on challenges, providing clarity, direction, and motivation
