Compensation: $95,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience

The Position:

Primoris Q3 Contracting is seeking an Area Supervisor to support our Service Lateral Operations in Commerce City and Denver, Colorado.

The Area Supervisor will organize and direct work crews to complete scheduled work safely, on time, and within budget, with limited supervision. Responsibilities include leading personnel and ensuring the successful completion of gas meter installation operations.

• Manage and coordinate work orders efficiently
• Ensure crews start work promptly
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets specifications
• Perform safety and quality inspections, including at least 3 QC audits weekly
• Resolve workforce issues, document problems and resolutions
• Suggest personnel actions to the Area Manager
• Accurately record and report employee time, equipment usage, and job notes
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed, coordinate maintenance
• Schedule equipment for optimal utilization
• Determine work sequence and methods
• Maintain crew performance and quality workmanship
• Coordinate with other supervisors and managers
• Maintain safe and orderly work sites
• Communicate with inspectors, managers, HR, and safety personnel
• Ensure a safe working environment, follow safety protocols
• Handle customer complaints and other duties as assigned

Educational & Minimum Requirements:

• Focus on Safety
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• 2-5 years of Field Foreman or project management experience preferred
• Knowledge of Service Lateral/Underground Utilities
• Gas and Electrical meter installation knowledge is a plus
