Job summary

All City Management Services is seeking an Area Supervisor for the School Crossing Guards program in Palos Verdes Estates, CA. This part-time, seasonal role supports the safety of students by leading a team of crossing guards and coordinating daily operations.

You will recruit, train, and supervise guards, conduct safety reviews, manage schedules, and assist in payroll. Prior leadership and tech familiarity are valued. Seasonal schedule excludes weekends and school holidays.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Candidates living near Palos Verdes, Rancho Palos Verdes or Lomita are preferred due to operational response times.
