ACMS is seeking dedicated individuals to join our leadership team in Olathe, KS! Leadership is central to our mission, "Keeping Children Safe". The Leadership Team is responsible for overseeing and managing local Crossing Guard programs and Field Supervisors in this field-based position.

Leadership Qualifications:

• Be self-motivated and dependable.
• Be personable, outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic.
• Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Able to lift or transport items or equipment weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Availability for shifts before and after school.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Candidates in or near Olathe are preferred due to short response times to the job site.

Compensation is $19.00 per hour, for 5 hours a day, on school days only. Cell phone and tablet are provided. The position is eligible for a yearly bonus and mileage reimbursement.
