General Purpose
The Area Supervisor is part of the Store Leadership team, responsible for a specific area of the Store and the overall operations and supervision when functioning as the Manager on Duty. They oversee opening and closing the Store, supervise Associates, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. They ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain cleanliness. They also execute and supervise operational processes as needed.
