Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead field operations for water purification teams across multiple project sites. You will supervise technicians, provide technical guidance on pumps, membranes, and filtration systems, and ensure safety and compliance at every site.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication with customers and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in water purification or related field.
• Experience supervising multi-site operations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Site Technicians and Field Service Technicians across assigned territories.
• Travel regularly to project sites to provide technical guidance and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulatory standards.
• Conduct field audits and inspections to promote a strong safety culture.
• Troubleshoot equipment, process, and system performance issues.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of pumps, piping, and filtration equipment.
• Monitor water quality and system performance to meet contractual requirements.
• Coordinate manpower and scheduling across multiple job sites.
• Provide technical training and development for field personnel.
• Document technician performance and site activity in electronic reports.

We’re looking for a dependable Area Supervisor to lead field operations and support Water Purification teams across multiple project sites.
