General Purpose:
The Area Supervisor is part of the Store Leadership team, responsible for a specific area of the store, store operations, supervising associates, and acting as Manager on Duty. They oversee opening and closing the store, maintaining a friendly shopping environment, ensuring merchandise presentation, and maintaining cleanliness. They also execute operational processes as needed.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, lift over 25 lbs, and use store equipment as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Retail associates and stockroom leads (if applicable)
