Who You Are

Your primary function will be to ensure that daily and nightly trash pick-up is completed per schedule to 100% satisfaction of our clients. As we grow and bring on new communities, the Area Supervisor will also assist with the field team to ensure successful rollout and service launch.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Ensure satisfactory completion of doorstep trash/recycling collection on all scheduled services in assigned area.
• Conduct on-site quality reviews of team and communities to ensure service is executed according to Trash Butler standards of service and safety policies.
• Monitor staff check-in/out and overall time to completion using our proprietary technology.
• Recruit, train, onboard new staff, and provide ongoing education.
• Assist with training new management team members.
• Assist manager with semi-monthly payroll updates.
• Attend weekly meetings with management and HR.
• Partner with direct manager on the rollout/launch of services at new properties.
• Attend resident events at communities.
• Provide on-call support to workforce.
• Manage workforce inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with management and other units.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 employees working 5-7 days a week for 2-3 hours daily.
• Basic employee relations experience in hiring and management.
• Experience in multi-site operations and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

• AA degree or relevant workforce experience.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and orientation towards quality improvement.
• Ability to build trust and rapport, communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Team player who embodies core values.
