General Purpose
The Area Supervisor is part of the Store Leadership team, responsible for a specific Store area, overseeing general operations and supervision when acting as Manager on Duty. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, supervising Associates, maintaining a friendly shopping environment, ensuring merchandise presentation, and executing operational processes.
Essential Functions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and work with store equipment as needed.
Supervises Retail Associates and Stockroom Leads where applicable.
