The Area Supervisor is part of Store Leadership, responsible for a specific store area and the overall operation and supervision when acting as the Manager on Duty. They oversee opening and closing the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment, ensuring proper merchandise presentation and cleanliness. They also execute and supervise operational processes as needed.
Ability to use store equipment, stand/walk for up to 100%, bend, squat, lift over 25 lbs, and perform related physical tasks. Stockroom roles require lifting over 20 lbs.

The pay range for this role is $16.50 - $17.00, depending on experience and location. Benefits include insurance programs, discounts, 401K, employee assistance, and more, with additional benefits for full-time associates.
