Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking an Area Superintendent to oversee profitable installation of project work, directing crews and interfacing with multiple trades. You’ll manage safety, planning, cost and productivity while upholding SQP values across a defined project area or smaller projects.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in construction, and the ability to coordinate teams; experience with foremanship and craft certifications is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of related experience and/or training, or 10 years related experience.
• Line & Grade experience desired.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• May require Craft Certifications.
