Baker Construction Enterprises Inc. seeks an Area Superintendent to oversee profitable installation of project work, directing teams and interfacing with other trades. You’ll manage safety, planning, costs and productivity while upholding SQP culture and strong client relations.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with 5 years of related experience and/or training; or 10 years related experience.
• Line & Grade experience
• Foreman experience
• Craft certifications may be required

Summary

The Area Superintendent oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing, coordinating and directing other trades. Responsible for a specified area of a large project, or entire small or medium project. Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating an SQP culture. Responsible for client relationship.

Requirements
