Job Overview

The Area Manager oversees sales performance, guest experience, operations, hiring, and talent development. Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales growth and profitability through team leadership, product knowledge, and exceptional guest service.

3. Utilize programs like mystery shopping and NPS to enhance guest experience.
4. Manage teams, including hiring, coaching, and development.
5. Ensure store compliance with safety and health regulations.
6. Oversee financials including P&L, KPIs, and inventory management.
7. Control labor costs and optimize store performance using financial tools.
8. Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and safety.
9. Work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in retail or restaurant settings managing at least 15 team members.
• Passion for health, wellness, and customer service excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial reporting.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
