Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for specific areas of the Store and general operations as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure safety and security on the sales floor.
• Supervise associates and maintain a friendly shopping environment.
• Manage merchandising and compliance with presentation standards.
• Conduct cash pulls and manage payroll administration.
• Assist with customer service and risk prevention duties.
