Huntington is seeking an Area Service Manager, Specialized Receivables, to lead onboarding, implementation, and servicing for SafeCash, Integrated Receivables, and EBPP solutions in a dynamic Treasury Management environment.
You will partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, and product expansion while developing teams and standardizing processes across specialized receivables offerings.
The Area Service Manager, Specialized Receivables, is responsible for leading the Treasury Management Service & Onboarding teams supporting Huntington's Specialized Receivables solutions, including SafeCash, Integrated Receivables, and Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP). This leader oversees onboarding, implementation, servicing, and support activities to ensure the successful delivery of Treasury Management solutions for commercial clients. The Area Service Manager is accountable for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, colleague development, and cross-functional partnership while ensuring consistent execution of service and onboarding activities across specialized receivables products. The role serves as a key liaison between Treasury Management Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, and other business partners to enhance the client experience, support strategic initiatives, and drive continuous process improvement.
