Overview

Infiltrator Water Technologies (IWT) is a market leader in the onsite wastewater treatment industry. IWT manufactures innovative, environmentally friendly products as alternatives to traditional stone and pipe leachfield and concrete septic systems. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Drainage Systems (ticker: WMS, NYSE).

The majority of our products are made from recycled resins. IWT is among the top twenty producers/consumers of recycled resins in the country and uniquely consumes 100% of that resin in finished products. We operate some of the largest molding machines and robotics, producing the largest plastic molded parts globally. IWT holds over 200 patents, emphasizing our commitment to innovation.

Responsibilities

Duties:

  • Execute annual and quarterly sales action plans for the northern Florida area.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain sales opportunities through new and existing customers.
  • Promote IWT products and onsite system technology to contractors, distributors, engineers/designers, and local regulators via sales calls, demonstrations, and educational sessions.
  • Manage and develop strategic partnerships with the distribution network to maximize market penetration.
  • Develop contacts with county and town regulatory agencies.
  • Support regional and government relations teams to obtain regulatory approvals and increase market share.
  • Stay current with technical and industry advances, regulatory requirements, and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and regional management on promotional materials, trade shows, and product ideas.
  • Participate in industry organizations as directed.
  • Identify customer pricing, issue credits, and resolve site issues with technical support and regional approval.

Telecommuting is required; candidates must reside within northern Florida. Travel within northern Florida is 100% of the time.

Education and Experience

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field and at least 3 years of sales experience in construction, water & sewage, or plumbing industries. Alternatively, 5 years of relevant sales experience is acceptable. Experience must include:

  • Outside sales experience with stormwater or wastewater systems.
  • Managing budgets, sales reports, expenses, and creating presentation materials.

Experience can be gained concurrently. Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
