Candidates with experience in Sales from Pharma, Medical, Healthcare, or FMCG industries are encouraged to apply.


Job Locations: Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga


Required Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales; candidates with more than 5 years as Senior Medical Representatives are also eligible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be vibrant, self-motivated, positive, proactive, and enthusiastic.
  • Possess strong selling, team building, and leadership skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Develop and implement business plans by involving, motivating, and mentoring the team.
  • Develop new customers, maintain existing relationships, and explore new opportunities.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts, medical fraternity, and opinion leaders.
  • Provide market intelligence on competition, potential, and market data.
  • Streamline distribution networks, manage retailer relations, handle short expiry liquidations, and minimize outstanding payments.
  • Maintain daily MIS and weekly reports to track business activities, and prepare action plans to meet targets.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and develop plans with the HO to achieve monthly targets, setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team.
