Stäubli Robotics sucht einen Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) für Belgien mit Fokus Robotics. Sie betreuen Endkunden, Integratoren und OEMs, identifizieren neue Projekte und verhandeln Verträge in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossen technische Ausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss
• Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld/Automatisierung
• Erfahrung in projektbasierter, lösungsorientierter Vertriebsarbeit
• Kommunikations-, Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsstärke mit Kundenfokus
• Eigenständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise und analytische Fähigkeiten

Responsibilities

Stellenbeschreibung

• Manage and further develop existing customer relationships with end customers, integrators, OEMs and partners across different decision-making levels
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and projects, from initial prospecting through to successful contract closure
• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored technical and commercial solutions based on our Robotics portfolio
• Implement the sales and growth strategy and independently manage and further develop the assigned sales territory
• Prepare and follow up on customer-specific quotations and conduct commercial and financial negotiations
• Manage sales activities, the sales pipeline and forecasts, and maintain relevant customer, project and opportunity data in the CRM system
• Monitor market, competitor and industry trends and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and technical departments such as Application Engineering, Service and R&D
• Represent Stäubli Robotics at trade fairs and customer events

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education or university degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in the sales of industrial equipment, automation solutions or comparable technical products
• Experience in project-based business and solution-oriented technical sales
• Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills combined with a high level of customer and results orientation
• Independent, proactive and structured working style as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 as well as CRM and reporting tools
• Advanced proficiency in Dutch, French and English
• Willingness to travel regularly, approximately 50% or more in Belgium and occasionally Netherlands
