Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain a Daily MIS report along with other weekly reports to track the business activities; prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments; develop plan to achieve monthly target and set daily/weekly/monthly targets for the team.
- Identify potential opportunities so that sales could be derived and hence register a strong brand presence in the market.
- New business development from existing and new customers.
- Team handling and ensuring team discipline.
- Responsible for the business targets of the territory.
Desired Candidate Profile
- The candidate must be willing to work hard with the existing members to aid in the Sales and Marketing efforts of the company in their assigned regions.
- Candidate should have experience in Sales in Pharmaceutical Industry only.
- Candidate having relevant experience in the field with proven track record will be considered.
- Team handling experience and good management skills.
