Performance Food Group seeks a driven sales professional to grow independent account business in Georgia. You will promote branded products, drive profitability, and support national/regional customers while expanding market share. You will work within a team to maximize customer satisfaction and deliver strong results.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product penetration, and collaboration with credit and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations and steady growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or related area preferred.
• 1–3 years foodservice sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generates additional business by analyzing sales territory and customers; samples products and presents sales strategy.
• Grows sales and profit margins to meet goals.
• Sets up new customer accounts and coordinates pricing/credit with appropriate teams.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and coordinates delivery with center staff.
• Builds additional business with current customers through product penetration to maximize profitability.
• Monitors accounts for credit terms and resolves issues.
• Keeps aware of pricing trends for competitive pricing.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
