Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice invites applicants for a branch liaison role focused on community outreach and Medicare services awareness. You will represent the branch to physicians, hospitals, and professional groups to promote Enhabit’s home health and hospice programs.

The role requires at least a college degree or equivalent experience, or being a licensed professional, plus basic technology skills including mobile device use. A valid driver license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have college degree or equivalent experience or be a licensed professional.
• At least one year experience in business community or professional practice.

Responsibilities

• Represent the branch in activities involving professional contacts with physicians, hospitals, facilities, senior living communities, professional associations, and similar health groups to apprise them of the availability of Medicare services.
• Implement program and protocols to provide improved home health care and hospice services.
• Serve as a public awareness representative, and be responsible for public education relative to home health care and hospice services.

Education And Experience, Preferred

• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
