What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of the consultative sales process, including member education on products and services
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed performance targets set by management
- Document all customer interactions in Salesforce within 24 hours
- Plan and conduct farm visits within the assigned territory to maintain and grow customer relationships
- Coordinate and attend farm shows, membership meetings, and other relevant events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Animal Science with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct on-farm sales or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales budgets
- Familiarity with dairy farms and dairy farming practices
- Ability to manage a large geographic territory and organize multiple activities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Salesforce
