Job summary

Callaway Golf Europe Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Denmark West. This field-based role requires a valid driver’s license and willingness to reside in the West of Denmark or relocate.

You will grow the Callaway Golf business across your territory, building strong relationships with retailers and delivering against sales targets. You will manage existing accounts, pursue new opportunities, deliver product presentations and training, and support merchandising and product launches

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience.
• Strong sales, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent planning, organisation and territory management skills.
• A passionate and experienced golfer with a strong understanding of the game.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Full valid driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively.

Work Arrangement

This position is a field based role, you will need to hold a valid driver’s license and be based in the West of Denmark, or willing to relocate.

About the Role

As an Area Sales Manager – Denmark West, you will be responsible for growing the Callaway Golf business across your territory, building strong relationships with retail partners and delivering against agreed sales targets and KPIs.

You will manage and develop existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, deliver product presentations and training, and support merchandising, product launches and Demo/Fitting Days. You will effectively plan and manage your territory, using account and sales data to identify opportunities and maximise commercial performance, while working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will also support wider sales, promotional and business activities as required to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Callaway brand.

About You

The Area Sales Manager – Denmark West will be experienced, commercially driven field sales professional who is passionate about golf and enjoys building successful customer relationships. You will be self-motivated, organised and results focused, with the confidence to manage your own territory and identify opportunities for growth.

• Proven field sales experience
