Job Summary

Reporting to the State Manager, the Area Sales Manager will drive growth and brand presence in Chester and Delaware County across assigned On-Premise accounts. Responsibilities include servicing customers safely and productively, increasing distribution points, understanding the PA landscape and self-distribution model, managing existing accounts, developing new business, and building relationships to increase brand visibility and case volume.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop understanding of Pennsylvania’s self-distribution model and product formats to convert LID accounts to direct distribution.
  2. Maintain and grow existing business; drive new sales through cross-selling and upselling.
  3. Conduct sales pitches and presentations; monitor account performance for growth opportunities.
  4. Manage and grow accounts through relationship building and customer service.
  5. Support receivables management and ensure timely payments.
  6. Build relationships with bar managers, buyers, and staff; educate on product offerings.
  7. Represent Stateside Brands at tastings, events, and promotional activities.
  8. Lead trainings, samplings, and seminars to promote brand awareness.
  9. Ensure brand visibility through POS materials and marketing support.
  10. Utilize CRM and adhere to sales strategies.
  11. Schedule meetings and introduce products via phone; prospect new accounts.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends and competition.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years sales experience in alcoholic beverages.
  • Valid US Driver’s License; willing to travel up to 90%.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Military experience is a plus.
Compensation
  • Base salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 USD.
  • Compensation depends on skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Salary range is exclusive of total compensation package.
