Job summary

KEG 1 Missouri, LLC seeks an Area Sales Manager to effectively sell, service and merchandise assigned accounts in Earth City, MO, acting as a partner/consultant to retailers and maximizing sales across the footprint.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, a valid driver license, and the ability to implement pricing strategies, monitor beer departments, and rotate stock monthly while coordinating with the Sales team and delivery staff.

Qualifications

• Education – high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – one (1) to three (3) years previous sales experience.
• Licensing – valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively strive to maximize all sales opportunities of brands, packages and available promotional allowances.
• Develop working relationship with decision maker in all assigned accounts, offering merchandising concepts.
• Maintain Company price strategies on all products in all accounts; implement pricing, tags and signage.
• Monitor beer department in all assigned accounts; look for opportunities to increase sales and distribution through shelf space management.
• Notify Sales Manager and Category Analyst of reset opportunities.
• Maintain distribution at required levels for all suppliers and assigned core SKUs.
• Participate in all monthly distribution initiatives.
• Ensure product freshness and rotate inventory monthly per quality program.
• Communicate daily with Sales team and Delivery staff to coordinate delivery, service, and merchandising.
• Use Sales Planner as a partner/consultant to retailer; maintain current pricing and promotional data.
