- Identifying weak markets within the stockiest area.
- Monitoring future Prospect (Dealers appointment).
- Tracking Call Cycle based on potential of Dealers.
- Keeping updated about Competitors Prices & schemes.
- Evaluating outflow and outcome of schemes.
- Collecting and evaluating data of Project Parties.
- Designing an induction & training calendar for team.
- Coordinating with Marketing and Plant for dealers' requirements.
- Developing business opportunity through Architects/ Channel Sales.

- Tracking Call Cycle based on the potential of Dealers (A, B & C)/ project parties and prospects.
- Be updated about Competitors Prices & schemes. Be updated about Competitors Marketing activities.
- Doing evaluation of outflow and outcome of schemes floated from time to time.
- Doing evaluation of various fairs which take place in his area at different location so as to develop plans based on the footfall and our business requirement.
- Collecting and evaluating data of Project Parties and following the cycle till the loop is closed.
- Monitoring improvement levels of team colleagues in handling customers and having system handling capabilities.
- Designing an induction & training calendar for team and identifying learning parameters for skill Improvement.
- Liaising with ASM for various reports on time.
- Analysing O/S report once a week.
- Coordinating with Marketing and Plant for various dealers and Stockiest requirement.
- Developing business opportunity through Architects/ Channel Sales / Institutional sales.
- Adhering to tour plans.
