Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking Area/Territory Sales Leads for Walmart Wireless locations in Florida. You will drive sales, manage time across locations, and meet KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Availability for evenings and weekends, plus a personal vehicle for store visits, are required. We offer an uncapped commission structure with potential total earnings up to $45K–$55K per year, plus benefits, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador)
• A proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours
