EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Area Sales Director - Service/Repair/Modernization for the Midwest area. Responsible for ensuring the area exceeds sales goals in service, repair, and modernization, supporting sales team development.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
A successful candidate must be willing to work in one of the following TKE offices in the Midwest: Cincinnati, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Des Moines, Detroit, Fargo, Grand Rapids, Indianapolis, Louisville, Madison, Minneapolis, Omaha, Peoria, Sioux Falls. Salary range for Chicago and Minneapolis: $137,000-$200,000. Benefits include a car allowance, fuel card, incentive programs, health insurance, parental leave, wellness, 401K, paid leave, and insurance coverage.
