Job summary

VitalCaring is seeking an Area Sales Director in Texas to lead a high-performing sales team across home health and hospice services. You will recruit, hire, and retain talent while developing market strategies to drive growth.

You’ll analyze market dynamics, collaborate with branch leadership, and mentor team members through one-on-one coaching to expand territories and deliver exceptional patient care and revenue results.

Qualifications

• One year of home health or healthcare sales experience.
• College degree required; knowledge of healthcare regulations a plus.
• Ability to recruit, coach and retain a high-performing sales team.

As the Area Sales Director, you will:

• Recruit, hire, develop and retain a high-performing sales team that can grow to up to 12 team members
• Utilize tools and market knowledge to understand market dynamics and identify productive sources of growth
• Develop market specific sales strategies in conjunction with your supervisor and work through your team to execute on these strategies

Experience to Deliver on our Mission

• College degree, valid state driver's license, and reliable transportation.
• One year of home health or healthcare sales experience.
• Knowledge of business and fiscal management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
