Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, located in Mid-Beach, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and drive revenue. You will deliver exceptional service to clients, communicate with guests professionally, and help meet client needs while resolving issues in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality industry experience, strong communication, and a proactive attitude.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team! As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Specific requirements include the ability to effectively communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner, the ability to meet/exceed client needs and resolve complaints. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
