Area Rug Cleaning Specialist in Cleveland

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Area Rug Cleaning Specialist. The role involves working with customers' area and oriental rugs in our plant, performing duties such as sweeping, extracting, and scrubbing.

We provide hands-on PAID training.

Responsibilities:

• Learn cleaning procedures, techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Perform duties in accordance with company policies and manufacturer recommendations.
• Follow safety standards with appropriate protective gear and equipment.
• Clean rugs as requested and update work orders.
• Handle equipment transfer from van to plant area.
• Wash area rugs using power washing and various machines.
• No prior experience required; carpet cleaning experience is a plus.
• Check in, measure, and tag rugs upon arrival.
• Wrap and prepare clean rugs for delivery.
• Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections for quality assurance.
• Maintain equipment and report issues.
• Follow safety standards and establish positive customer relations.
