Republic Services in Indianapolis is seeking an Area Route Manager to lead route strategy, optimization, and training across the regional footprint. You will work with Area Directors and Operations Managers to identify routing opportunities and drive sustainable improvements.

You will manage the Route Editor process, provide training to dispatchers, and deliver metrics reporting while traveling up to 60% of the time. A strong background in routing, auditing, and leadership is required.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership and project management experience in route technology, auditing, and editing.
• Thorough understanding of routing, dispatch, auditing, and customer initiatives.
• Valid driver’s license.
• RISE & InfoPro experience strongly preferred.
