Drucker + Falk LLC is seeking an Area Property Manager to oversee residential property operations, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure a clean, well-maintained community. Travel is required and the role reports to the Director of Multifamily Management.
Based out of Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC you will lead leasing, maintenance coordination, and vendor oversight to meet financial and service goals.

The Area Property Manager is responsible, under the direction of the Director of Multifamily Management, for the operations of a property and to direct personnel and resources to the extent that the property is maintained at all times in good condition with a stable fiscal operation.
TRAVEL IS REQUIRED

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
