Area Project Executive LPC

Main Responsibilities
  1. Primary Function / Position Overview: Plan, monitor, and control all aspects of large projects, leading all involved to meet project objectives on time, within budget, and to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards. Ensure effective project management and coordination among all project members, adhering to company procedures.
  2. Essential Functions:
  3. Manage projects from award to handover, including statutory requirements.
  4. Lead project teams, assigning responsibilities and authorities.
  5. Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.
  6. Apply professional project management throughout all phases.
  7. Handle pricing, cost calculations, and contractual sign-offs, protecting financial interests.
  8. Engage with Sales during bid processes through project award.
  9. Develop project plans covering scheduling, resource planning, and quality assurance.
  10. Monitor KPIs, control activities, and address gaps.
  11. Prepare project reports and participate in monthly reviews.
  12. Coordinate with customers and external stakeholders regularly.
  13. Attend meetings with customers and coordinate with project team members.
Qualifications

This role can be based anywhere in the Central US (Minneapolis, Chicago, Texas, Ohio, Indianapolis).

Education
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Business, Management, or Engineering.
  • MBA preferred.
Technical Expertise
  • Knowledge of product applications, installation, service, financial statements, and legal contract terms.
  • 10+ years of elevator experience and prior P&L management experience.
  • Successful management of P&L through market growth and operational excellence.
