Job summary

Crimson Heights, LLC is seeking a Lead Residential Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across assigned residential programs in Saint George, Utah. This in-person role partners with clinical leadership to maintain safety, documentation, and quality standards.

You will coach leads, monitor treatment compliance, manage admissions and discharges, review incidents and audits, and support recruiting and onboarding for frontline staff across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent leadership experience in behavioral health.
• Experience supervising residential or community-based programs for youth or adults.
• Strong communication skills with team members, families, and community partners.
• Comfort with electronic records, scheduling systems, and operational reporting.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between assigned sites.
