Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Advanced degree not specified; requires HS diploma and water/wastewater credentials.
• Class A or B Biological Wastewater certification preferred/required.
• Five to ten years of water/wastewater operations experience with managerial responsibility.

• Holds a positive attitude and builds a high-performing team.
• Communicates effectively with Directors, engineers, contractors, customers, supervisors, and field staff.
• Initiates problem-solving in facility operations and handles customer inquiries.
• Provides leadership for Supervisors and local teams; sets priorities and trains staff.
• Assists with hiring, terminations, performance reviews, merit increases, and warnings.
• Reviews daily operator logs for sewer and water facilities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Performs on-site inspections to ensure facilities meet permit and regulatory requirements.
• Manages team performance and development.
• Oversee and support departmental goals and objectives.
