What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members to achieve performance goals
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and service teams to ensure effective communication
- Analyze customer data and prepare detailed performance reports
- Develop and implement programs to enhance productivity and profitability
- Ensure compliance with GxP standards and maintain good documentation practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, purchasing, or account management
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business or science-related field
- Forklift certification
- Training in spill containment, IATA, DOT, IMDG, and HAZWOPER
- Inside sales experience and cross-referencing skills
- CPR and OSHA “Right to Know” training
