Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Valid USA state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate an hourly workforce.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR on plans to meet objectives.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 49 pounds.
