Amazon.com Services LLC in Redlands, CA is seeking an Area Manager to lead an hourly workforce and ensure safety, quality, and timely customer deliveries. The role involves cross-team collaboration with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to meet business objectives.

The position requires 2+ years in people management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 2+ years Amazon experience), and a flexible schedule including weekends and nights.

Competenze

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
