Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead a 100+ member team at our Kentucky distribution center. You will drive volume, productivity, and safety, while coaching managers and staff to achieve peak performance.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities. This role requires flexible shifts and a focus on continuous improvement within a collaborative, diverse environment.

Who We’re Looking For: You.

• Previous experience managing diverse teams of 100+ associates
• 4+ years supervisory experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop other leaders
• Strong reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others
• Strong technical skills including, word, excel and WMS experience
• Must be available to support multiple shifts
• 4 year degree in Business, Logistics or Industrial Engineering preferred

This position has a starting salary range of $95,800.00 to $122,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
