Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple after-school sites across Little Elm and surrounding areas. You will lead Site Directors, manage operations, and ensure high-quality programs while maintaining licensing compliance.

You will build strong relationships with school partners and families, drive enrollment, and ensure consistent program delivery across locations. This is a hands-on leadership role with travel to sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred; master's a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally and attend meetings; occasional out-of-state travel.
• Must be at least 18 years old; able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of multiple sites, including quality, staffing, licensing, and finances.
• Coach Site Directors through regular one-on-ones, goal setting, and reviews.
• Set priorities and drive enrollment growth and operational consistency.
• Manage relationships with school partners, district leaders, and stakeholders.
• Make staffing, escalations, and site-level decisions.
• Ensure safety, curriculum delivery, and compliance across sites.
• Represent AlphaBEST as a senior leader at school meetings and community events.
