Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field with supervisory experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with Walmart Logistics Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (customers, suppliers, associates).
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns by listening and coordinating corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
