Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned supervisor for our Fort Worth HomeGoods distribution center. You will lead a large team across multiple shifts, drive safety, productivity, and process improvements, and report to senior management.

This role emphasizes coaching and developing Supervisors and Staff in a diverse, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a degree in Business, Logistics or Industrial

Qualifications

• 4+ years supervisory experience with diverse teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Technical skills including Word, Excel, and WMS

Responsibilities

• Ensure volume and productivity goals by area are met
