Job summary

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is seeking a Representative to work with Directors to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values by implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area. The Representative ensures a consistent discipleship approach, making disciples who make disciples, and upholds biblical standards and FCA policies.

In this role you will lead ministry advancement, donor engagement, volunteer recruitment and development, and international outreach

Responsibilities

• Implement the ministry plan for the assigned area in alignment with FCA directives.
• Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, and living by example.
• Engage and connect with local churches through worship and weekly involvement.
• Oversee recruiting, training, and development of volunteers to lead others into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
• Manage donor relationships and execute fundraising plans to support FCA ministry efforts.
• Collaborate with the Director to serve the International Region through prayer, giving, and going.
