Job summary

FCA seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. This role works with the Regional Vice President, staff, and boards to fulfill FCA Vision, Mission, and Values by creating a ministry plan for the assigned area.

The Director will lead in discipleship within FCA Sports Environments, guiding staff, volunteers and athletes to become disciples who make disciples, while upholding

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to FCA values and faith-based leadership.
• Experience leading teams, volunteers and coaches in a ministry context.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Agree with, and abide by, FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Lead staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study and living by example.
• Be connected to a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Develop and execute ministry plans for the assigned area across Advancement Lanes.
• Oversee recruiting, training and development of staff aligned with ministry growth.
