Job summary

FCA is seeking a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area in alignment with FCA Vision and Mission. You will work with Regional Vice President, staff and boards to develop and execute a strategic ministry plan for your assigned area.

The role focuses on creating a disciplined approach to discipleship in FCA Sports Environments, leading staff, coaches and volunteers, and ensuring biblical standards and FCA policies are upheld across all activities.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to lead staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer and example.
• Must follow FCA's Christian standards and policies.
• Experience expanding ministry through fundraising and donor engagement.

Responsibilities
