Job summary

FCA is seeking a Director in the South Snohomish County area (Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, WA) to guide advancement efforts and grow the ministry through prayer, staffing, and funding. The role reports to the Regional VP and collaborates with staff and boards to implement a strategic ministry plan aligned with FCA values.

• Experience leading staff and volunteers in a ministry context.
• Proven ability to develop and execute ministry plans and budgeting.
• Strong fundraising and donor relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International.
• Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, and example.
• Lead and participate in church involvement and adhere to FCA policies and standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff and volunteers to expand the ministry footprint in the Sports Environments.
