Job summary

Premium Retail Services in Goshen, Indiana is seeking an Area Merchandiser Lead to drive retail success across multiple store locations. You will support execution, troubleshoot challenges, and foster relationships with store leadership and team members.

The role requires 32–35 hours per week, travel between stores up to 150–200 miles, and mentoring peers. You will work with mobile apps and store tech, delivering consistent, high-quality retail execution.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and a passion for high-quality execution.
• Available to work 32–35 hours per week.
• Experience mentoring or training retail team members.
• Comfort using mobile apps, client platforms and store tech.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned retail tasks accurately and on time.
• Address and resolve urgent store issues as they arise.
• Conduct store and rep audits to ensure quality and consistency.
• Perform client walks and collaborate with clients when needed.
• Lead and support complex resets, individually or with a team.
• Conduct reviews for jobs and projects, including visit instructions, questions, and objectives.
• Complete time studies for upcoming work opportunities.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with management and field team members.
• Provide advanced training to existing representatives as needed.
